We used Signature Transportation on our wedding day. From booking to execution, working with Signature Transportation was so easy. They were professional, organized, and their pricing was great relative to other shuttles we looked at. If we need something like this again, we will absolutely use Signature Transportation.

I have used Signature Transportation Group for both business and personal transportation since 2012 and they have consistently been one of the best transportation providers in Chicago! Clean and well-maintained vehicles, friendly drivers, great customer service and approachable pricing. They are honest and transparent while also keeping a service-first mentality which we appreciate as both a planning firm partner and a customer.

If I could give them 100 stars I would. Can’t possibly say enough good things about this company. They were responsive, reliable, friendly, accommodating and reasonably priced. We rented two buses – they were amazing and spacious, our guests loved them. The drivers were so courteous and helpful – we had a ton of stuff to unpack for tailgating and they helped with all of it. And best of all, their prices can’t be beat.

STG did an amazing job for my son’s 10th birthday celebration. From the estimated quote to the final drop off, everything was seamless and customer service was superb. I strongly recommend Signature Transportation Group for events that have transportation needs.

We had a girls night to Ravinia and the 14 passenger Sprinter was perfect. The driver was amazing, went above and beyond to assure everyone was having a great night!!

Decided to use them instead of Uber and was glad I did. They were on time for a 3:15 am pickup for trip to O’Hare with very friendly service. Pick up from O’Hare also went very well.

Had the best time for my moms 80th birthday and part of that was due to the bus. Antoine arrived ahead of schedule and was so professional. The bus was clean and new. We will be using signature again. Can’t say enough nice words.
